As the UI/UX designer for Mastercard's newsroom redesign, I was tasked with transforming their announcement platform into an aesthetically pleasing and functional site. The redesign centered around a robust search function supported by large imagery to enhance the user experience, making navigation intuitive and engaging. This feature allowed users to filter content by media type and date, seamlessly integrating it into the site's design.
I introduced a popularity rating system with icons next to article titles and a widget highlighting the most commented articles, which helps users easily find and engage with trending content. The design was optimized for all devices, emphasizing mobile responsiveness and ensuring a seamless and accessible user experience across different platforms.
